Our group classes are FUN ORIGINAL and FREE with your membership and held during the week and weekends, they are rotated frequently so you can get a chance to try them out at different times

Classes are structured to not only have fun, but get results.

Whether it be weight loss or increase fitness and strength,they will get you to your goals.

We have a great range of classes to choose from. We will occasionally run some competitions  as well to win some great prizes and keep you motivated and get you stronger

H.A.B.I.T

(Hips abs buns and incredible thighs)

H.A.B.I.T has been designed to push all muscle groups in this full body toning exercise class, primarily targeting the all-important legs and bum whilst toning the abdominals. Fitness stations are set up to target each muscle group, Expect to burn up to 600 calories in this challenging group class.
Some exercises include; Squats, the plank, alternate leg raises, abdominal crunches, skipping, pad work, supermans (on exercise ball), oblique crunches, and booty bands. All set out to start from the bottom and work our way up.

FIT FOR KIDS CLASS

Fit for kids is designed to be fun as well as teaching them about fitness and nutrition and giving them a great memory of the gym enviroment making it less intimidating later on in life.

Run by our very own Captain America.

Kids can hang out with Cap and enjoy his obstacle courses he puts them through.

or even learn some ball skills on the tennis rebound net 

run Every Wednesday during school holidays 

CARDIO TENNIS

Using our tennis reboud net and lots of agility drills to burn an average of 500 calories while having the most fun of your life 

this class is a must to try for a lot of laughs and an amazing workout 

 

BOXING

Boxing Classes concentrate on pad work in a circuit environment, mixed with other cardio exercises and plenty of push-ups. These classes are high intensity and are a fantastic way to tone quickly. You don’t need any experience, just come along.  Gloves are required, but first timers can borrow our gloves providing your purchase inner gloves from reception.

H.I.I.S

(High intencity interval skipping )

High intensity interval training at its very best, this class builds muscle while stripping away fat, increases cardiovascular endurance and improves stamina. You will see crazy good results!

S.W.A.T

(Strength, weights and agility class)

In this fun and fast paced class you’ll benefit from a full body workout with each week bringing new and tougher exercises for you to try. The class can range from 30 minutes to 1 hour, with one of our highly motivating and experienced instructors who will push you to your limits to give you the results you wish for. Expect to have every muscle group targeted along with cardio intervals and body weight exercises. S.W.A.T Training classes are open to anyone. If you’re looking for something to mix up your normal fitness routine S.W.A.T may be a good option. The class is very fast paced and changes every week providing new and fresh ways to keep fit.

WHAT A WAIST

(with Anastasia)

The Abs and Core class involves a combination of exercises that focus on strengthening the core group of muscles, in order to benefit you for everyday tasks, whilst improving the tone of your abs and developing your core muscles. Exercises will push you to your limits with a series on varying intensities and durations throughout to ensure you get the most out of the Abs and Core classes and consequently reap the rewards! There will be an instructor present to help your form and push you beyond your limits, however ultimately it is up to you as to how much you put in.

PILATES

Pilates (or the Pilates method) is a series of about 500 exercises inspired by calisthenics, yoga and ballet. Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.

Yoga brings the body and mind together and is built on three main elements – exercise, breathing and meditation. Both yoga and Pilates improve muscular and postural strength.

RETRO STEP

This class is taking us back to the 80's with fun and laughter

dress in your best 80's gear and channel your inner Richard Simmons

with an 80's step class

 David will push the limits in a safe fun and structured enviroment.

BODY EDGE

Body edge is a hand weight body pump class, designed to hit every body part in two different angles pumping the muscles and your cardiovascular system with 10 sets of 10 reps for each body part, for an all over massive muscle pump and burn.
